The editor at a glance
The Seelab editor is where you finish a visual: erase a detail, replace an element, change the setting, roll the image out in every format and upscale it up to 4K. You can start from a generated image or from any imported photo.

Open an image in the editor
- From Creation: open an image's three-dot menu, or its detail view, then Edit. Magnify, Remove background and Replace background are also available there directly.
- From the Edition tab: drag an image into the import area, or pick it from the Resource Hub.
The tools
- Composer: combine several visuals into a harmonized composition. See Composer.
- Clean: erase an unwanted element with the brush, no prompt needed.
- Replace: replace or add an element in a painted area, described by a prompt, optionally with your Seelab model.
- Replace background / Remove background: change the setting around the subject, or cut it out.
- Reframe: change format by extending the image.
- Magnify: upscale up to 4K while recreating details.
Track and chain your edits
- Generations history: each edit is added to the image's history. You can go back to any step.
- Compare: compare the result with the original image before keeping it.
- edit: takes the result as the new starting image, so you can chain tools.
- Add to collection and Download: file or download the final result directly from the editor.
The right order
- Clean or Replace to fix the content of the image.
- Reframe to the final format.
- Magnify last, to upscale the finished visual.
Glossary
- Mask: the area painted with the brush, where the tool acts.
- Generations history: the edit history of the current image.
- Outpainting: extending an image beyond its edges, used by Reframe.
- Upscale: enlarging an image, done by Magnify.
