# My product is distorted

Use your Seelab model and remove any description of the product from the prompt: the model already knows it. See [Using your model in image and video](https://help.seelab.ai/en/article/using-your-model-in-image-and-video-15ag1ou/).

# I can't find a model or a collection

Check the active project in the selector at the top right: models and collections belong to each project. See [Organization, projects and sharing](https://help.seelab.ai/en/article/organization-projects-and-sharing-1jr1ohc/).

# My workflow images don't show up in the feed

Turn on **Workflows results** above the creation feed.

# My reference applies to all my images

A reference image stays attached to the prompt until you remove it. Remove it when you change subject. See [Using up to 10 reference images](https://help.seelab.ai/en/article/create-a-visual-from-a-reference-image-1uc8jlc/).

# I can't invite a colleague

Only the **Owner** and **Admin** roles can invite. See [Roles: Owner, Admin, Member](https://help.seelab.ai/en/article/roles-owner-admin-member-1dp0sc7/).

# A workflow node failed

Rerun it with **Run node**; the nodes marked "Skipped" then run. See [Run, rerun and share a workflow](https://help.seelab.ai/en/article/run-rerun-and-share-a-workflow-l3sy53/).

# I don't like the Composer blend

Run it again with **retry**, or undo with **Unblend**, adjust the layer and blend again. See [Composer: layers, blending and PSD export](https://help.seelab.ai/en/article/composer-layers-blending-and-psd-export-sev5hr/).

# My collection name is rejected

Avoid special characters such as "·": use letters, numbers, spaces and hyphens.

# How much does a generation cost?

The cost is always shown before you launch, above the generate button. See [Understanding credits](https://help.seelab.ai/en/article/credits-system-dpv4ut/).

# Which model should I choose?

Start from your need: your Seelab model for a visual that stays true to your product, a market model for everything else.
